The Topdon ArtiDiag900 BT is a powerful, wireless Diagnostic Tool designed for both ambitious DIYers and professional workshops. The system builds on the success of the ArtiDiag800 BT and introduces significant improvements in both functionality and hardware. With in-depth system reading, bidirectional control and extensive maintenance and coding functions, this device is suitable for reading and maintaining vehicles from more than 130 brands worldwide.

The heart of the system is a robust 7-inch Android 10 tablet, equipped with a fast processor and an intuitive user interface. Communication with the vehicle is completely wireless via Bluetooth 4.0, with a range of up to 10 meters through the included VCI dongle. Unique in this price range is the support for the modern CAN-FD protocol, which is required for diagnosis of the latest models from, among others, General Motors. The device is delivered standard with two years of free software updates. After this period, the device remains fully functional on the last installed software version; access to new updates and cloud features requires a annual license.

• Complete system diagnosis (OE-level): Provides access to all electronic control units, including engine, transmission, ABS, airbag (SRS), body control module (BCM), air conditioning, steering, lighting, instrument cluster and more. Supports reading and clearing fault codes with technical descriptions.
• Active tests (bidirectional control): Sends commands to actuators, relays, and systems to directly test their operation. Examples include activating the fuel pump, controlling the air conditioning clutch, opening/closing windows or operating windshield wipers.
• AutoVIN technology: Automatically recognizes the vehicle based on the chassis number (VIN), selects the correct make and model, and thus speeds up the diagnostic process with minimal chance of input errors.
• Live datastream: Displays real-time measured values from sensors and modules. The data can be shown as text, analog instrument or line and bar charts. Supports simultaneous display of up to four datastreams for accurate comparison and analysis.

This feature is particularly powerful for vehicles of the VAG group (Volkswagen, Audi, Seat, Skoda) and BMW.
• Online coding: Supports cloud-based coding where configuration data is retrieved directly from the factory server. Supported brands include VW, Audi, Seat, Skoda, Porsche, Mercedes-Benz and BMW. This enables correct coding without manual input of long parameter sets.

After the first year, the license can be renewed for an annual fee. The device remains fully functional for already supported models, even without license renewal. However, new software updates can no longer be installed, and some online features may be limited or no longer supported.
