Order

How do I place an order?

Choose your desired products, add them to your shopping cart, and follow the checkout process. After payment, you will receive a confirmation by email.

Can I order Intra-Community (VAT reverse charge)?

Yes, that is possible. On the shopping cart page, below the checkout button, you will find the button 👉 Order VAT-free (outside NL).

Here you can register your valid VAT number in combination with your email address.

The validation is one-time: once the VAT number is recognized as valid by the system, the VAT will automatically be shifted during checkout.

🔁 Important: Use the same email address for every order as used for the VAT registration. Only then will the VAT be automatically shifted in the checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order afterwards?

Once an order has been placed, it is not always possible to change or cancel it. If the option to cancel is not visible in your account, please contact our customer service as soon as possible to discuss the options.

Prices & Currency

Why are prices sometimes slightly higher in other currencies?

The prices on our website are based on euros. If you choose a different currency, the amounts will be automatically converted and rounded up slightly. Product prices in other currencies include conversion fees.

Why do some prices look 'unusual', like €128.43?

The original prices on our website are based on the Dutch market and include the Dutch VAT rate. When you visit the website from another EU country, the VAT is automatically adjusted to the local VAT rate of that country. As a result, prices may differ slightly or appear rounded, such as €128.43 instead of a round amount.
