Why don't you mention a "next day delivery" guarantee?
We always strive for the fastest possible delivery. Orders placed on weekdays before 4:00 PM are shipped the same day and are usually delivered the next business day.
We know that a promise like "delivered tomorrow" often sounds good for sales. But because we work with external carriers such as UPS, we — like no carrier — cannot 100% guarantee that delivery will always take place the next business day.
Therefore, we consciously choose transparency and realistic expectations. In most cases, your order will indeed be delivered the next business day.

We apply transparent prices without hidden costs. Free shipping would mean that the shipping costs are included in the product prices, causing all customers to pay more, including those who order multiple products and have relatively lower shipping costs per item. Instead of hiding these costs in the price, we offer fair rates, competitive prices, and fast shipping.

We send orders with UPS and offer various shipping options:
- UPS Standard: Affordable delivery within Europe.
- UPS Express: Very fast delivery throughout Europe.

. Within the Benelux, your order is in most cases delivered the next working day. Please note that this is an estimate and not a guarantee: due to circumstances at UPS, delivery may sometimes take place later.For other European countries, longer delivery times apply, depending on the chosen shipping option:
- UPS Standard: Delivery within 1 to 5 working days in most of Europe (depending on the destination).
- UPS Express: Superfast delivery, usually within 1 to 3 working days in a large part of Europe. Usually delivered before 10:30 or 12:00
Note: The stated delivery times are only an estimate. We depend on UPS and therefore cannot accept liability for any delays.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a UPS Track & Trace code, so you can easily track the package.

First check if the package has been delivered to the neighbors or if there is a UPS notification in the mailbox. If you still cannot find the package, please contact our customer service.
What happens if I am not home during the delivery?

If you are not at home, UPS will try to deliver the package to your neighbors or it will be forwarded to a UPS Access Point™. You will receive a notification about this from UPS.
