The Jaltest (71502018) | CV (Commercial Vehicles) | Software License is required after activating the software activation. This annual license provides access to the vehicle brands, diagnostic functions, software updates, and technical support. Without an active license, the CV module remains visible in the software and existing functions can be used, but online functions, updates, and new vehicle coverage will be discontinued.

A 1 year (12 months) license is included with the purchase. After this period, the license can optionally be renewed with an update license. This is not mandatory; the software remains usable with the already available functions. However, only with an active license does the software stay up-to-date with the latest models, functions, and support. The license activation occurs automatically within 24 to 48 hours after ordering.

With the Jaltest CV software license, the user has extensive diagnostic and maintenance functions for trucks and commercial vehicles.

• Read and clear fault codes: reading and clearing DTCs in engine, transmission, ABS, EBS, and other systems.
• Live data and parameters: reading and analyzing vehicle sensors and ECU data in real-time.
• Actuator tests: performing tests on components and subsystems such as injectors, valves, and actuators.
• Maintenance resets and calibrations: performing service resets, regenerations, and calibrations of brake systems and sensors.
• Technical information: access to diagrams, maintenance data, and diagnostic instructions specific to commercial vehicles.

License information:

For the activation of the Jaltest CV software license, the serial number (SN) of the Jaltest Link V9 interface is required. This number must be entered in the comments field when ordering.

• Jaltest software: via Configuration → Hardware/Link → Information.
• Packaging box: sticker with serial number on the original product packaging.
