The Cojali 2260135 is a spiral cable developed for the electrical connection between towing vehicles, specifically from Mercedes, and trailers. The cable is equipped with a 15-pin plug (according to ISO 12098) on the vehicle side and splits into two 7-pin plugs on the trailer side: a Type-N (ISO 1185, black) and a Type-S (ISO 3731, white). This configuration is designed for 24V onboard systems and has a maximum extended length of 4 meters.
The spiral construction of the cable offers flexibility and prevents the cable from touching the ground while driving, which increases durability. The product operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 80°C, making it suitable for various operational conditions. The Type-N plug provides the basic lighting functions, while the Type-S plug manages additional circuits for, among others, ABS and reversing lights, ensuring full functionality of the trailer.
