Tesla 20-pins OBD – 16-pins OBD2 Adapter Cable | Passenger car
The Adapter Cable converts the vehicle-specific 20-pin diagnostic connector of Tesla to a standardized 16-pin OBD2 (J1962F) female connector. This Adapter is designed to establish a physical connection between the proprietary interface of the vehicle and universal OBD2 diagnostic equipment. The cable is made with a flexible sheath and robust connectors for stable data transfer.
This Adapter makes it possible to access the various electronic control units (ECU's) of the vehicle with compatible scan tools. This allows functions such as reading diagnostic trouble codes (DTC's), viewing live data from systems like the battery management system (BMS) and the drive unit, and performing service and maintenance procedures.
