The Ducati 4-pin to 16-pin OBD2 adapter cable is designed to connect the vehicle-specific diagnostic connector of various Ducati motorcycles to universal diagnostic equipment. This adapter cable converts the 4-pin DDA connector (Ducati Data Analyzer) on the vehicle side to a standardized OBD2 female interface.

This adapter enables communication via the CAN-bus protocol, which is necessary for access to the motorcycle's electronic control units. The internal wiring ensures correct signal transmission between Ducati's specific pin layout and the industry-standard OBD2 connector, allowing reading of fault codes and sensor values with compatible interfaces and software.
