The Jaltest 78500001 is the update license for the Iveco SGW unlock per company, allowing you to continue accessing the secured control units of the Iveco Daily. This renewal runs through December 31st of the current year and can be purchased between November 1st and December 15th, for those already using the unlock. We link the renewal to the serial number of your Jaltest Link and activate it within one business day after your order.
With the renewal, you maintain access to new software versions for the Security Gateway, including the model years and procedures added that year. If you don't renew, the module will be blocked: If you miss the December 15th deadline, you'll need to purchase the unlock as a new activation instead, and you'll need both: Per company (70607002) and per device (70607003). For Iveco, these two are always required together, and you must have a Jaltest device with an active license.

Applications and Features
The Iveco SGW unlock provides access to the systems behind the Security Gateway of the Iveco Daily. This update license keeps the unlock active at company level; what you do with it next depends on the vehicle and the cable you use.
What the module covers
- Iveco Daily with Security Gateway: Access to the secured control units.
- Connection: Via the adapter cable JDC407A, from the ST15 connector to 16-pin OBD2.
- Company level: The renewal applies to your company; per diagnostic device, you'll need activation 70607003.
- Other brands: Fall outside this module. For FCA vehicles, there is a separate SGW activation (70607001).
What you can do
- System scan: Display the control units behind the Security Gateway.
- Read and clear fault codes: Read the fault memory of the secured modules and clear it after repair.
- Measurement values and live data: Request sensor values and monitor them in real time.
- Control components: Bidirectional testing on sensors, actuators and modules.
- Parameters and calibrations: Write settings and perform the calibration procedures that Jaltest offers per system, for example after replacing a component.
- Maintenance resets: Reset service and maintenance intervals.
What you'll need
For Iveco, both SGW activations are mandatory. This renewal is linked to the per-business activation; the complete setup is detailed below.
- Jaltest Link with an active license: The diagnostic interface with a valid Jaltest license installed.
- Software activation per business (70607002): The activation this renewal is based on.
- Software activation per device (70607003): The second mandatory activation, per diagnostic device.
- Update license per business (78500001): This product. Available for order between November 1 and December 15.
- Update license per device (78500002): The corresponding renewal for the per-device activation.
- JDC407A extension cable: For the ST15 connector on the Iveco Daily. Not included.
If you also diagnose FCA vehicles, you'll need the separate SGW activation (70607001) for that. This module is purchased separately.
