The Jaltest 75001002 is the software upgrade to Jaltest MHE, the diagnostics for forklift trucks, telehandlers and aerial work platforms. You add this segment to existing Jaltest software from another segment, without starting over. The upgrade does not replace your software: you keep your serial number and your installation, and Jaltest MHE is added to the start menu as an extra segment.

The software runs on a Windows PC and reads the control units via the Jaltest Link; without that interface it will not start. We apply the upgrade to the serial number of your Jaltest Link, usually within one working day. From the second year onwards you extend this segment with the update licence (75101001), separate from the segments you already had.

BENEFITS

POINTS TO NOTE

✕This upgrade only works alongside existing Jaltest software. If you do not yet have Jaltest, start with the software activation (75001001).
✕The Jaltest Link is required. Without that interface the software will not start on the PC.
✕From the second year you need the update licence (75101001). If you do not renew, the module will be blocked.
✕The software requires registration every six months, even while the licence is still valid. If this does not take place, the software will be blocked.

Jaltest MHE is the Jaltest diagnostics for forklift trucks, telehandlers and aerial work platforms. This upgrade opens that segment alongside the segments you already use. What you do with it next depends on the vehicle and the connection you use.

How to use it

  1. Ordering: Place this upgrade in the shopping basket.
  2. Serial number: Enter in the comments field the serial number of the Jaltest Link on which your current Jaltest software is installed; this is mandatory.
  3. Activation: We apply the upgrade to that serial number, usually within one working day, and notify you by email.
  4. Updating software: Start Jaltest Diagnostics and retrieve the extension.
  5. Use: Select Jaltest MHE in the start menu, alongside your existing segments.

The versions

Jaltest MHE is available in four versions with the same coverage. The difference lies in what you purchase, not in what you can do with it.

  • Software activation (75001001): One-off purchase of the module.
  • Software licence (75001009): The module with the first year included.
  • Update licence (75101001): Extension by twelve months, from the second year onwards.
  • Software upgrade (75001002): This product. Adds Jaltest MHE to Jaltest software from another segment.

What you need in addition

For diagnostics with Jaltest MHE you need more than this upgrade.

  • Jaltest Link: The diagnostic interface. Required, including to start the software on a PC.
  • Existing Jaltest software: From another segment, on the same serial number.
  • Adapter cables: MHE cable set (70002022), optional. If you do not have them, you connect with the multi-pin set from your Jaltest case.
💡
Good to know: If your licence expires, the module is blocked until you purchase the update licence (75101001). If you renew within fifteen days after the expiry date, the new period runs on from that expiry date; otherwise it starts on the day of renewal.
