The Jaltest (75001002) | MHE (Material Handling Equipment) software upgrade makes it possible to expand an existing Jaltest Link V9 interface with the MHE module. This upgrade is one-time and links the module permanently to the interface. After activation, the MHE module remains visible in the software and is not transferable to another interface. The upgrade itself does not directly provide usage possibilities but forms the basis to add the MHE module to an existing Jaltest configuration.
To keep the software operational and actually use it, a valid software license is required. This license provides access to software updates, the most current vehicle coverage, additional functions, and technical support. Without a valid license, the MHE module remains visible in the software but cannot be used for diagnostic or maintenance functions. License activation usually takes 24 to 48 hours and occurs automatically after ordering.
Applications and functionalities:
With the Jaltest MHE module, combined with a valid license, the user has extensive diagnostic and maintenance functions for internal transport and lifting vehicles.
- Read and clear fault codes: reading and deleting DTCs in electronic systems of forklifts, reach trucks, and other material handling equipment.
- Live data and parameters: real-time reading and analysis of vehicle and system data.
- Actuator tests: performing tests to check components and subsystems.
- Maintenance resets and calibrations: performing service and maintenance resets, including specific calibrations for hydraulic and electronic systems.
- Technical information: access to diagrams, manuals, maintenance data, and step-by-step diagnostic instructions.

- 1x Jaltest (75001002) MHE (Material Handling Equipment) software upgrade (valid for life, one-time link to the interface)
Note: to use the software, a software license is also required (sold separately).
License information:
For activation of the Jaltest MHE software module, the serial number (SN) of the Jaltest Link V9 interface is necessary. This number must be provided in the comments field when ordering.
- Jaltest Link (interface): sticker with “SN:” on the back or underside of the unit.
- Jaltest software: via Configuration → Hardware/Link → Information.
- Packaging box: sticker with serial number on the original product packaging.
