\nThe Jaltest 29051100 is the update license for Jaltest Modular Truck, the modular diagnostic solution for trucks. This extends your current license by twelve months, for those who have the Modular Truck module already in use has. We link the renewal to the serial number of your Jaltest Link and activate it within one business day after your order.\n
\nWith the renewal, you keep twelve months access to the new software versions, with the vehicles, systems and features that are added that year. If you don't renew, your module locked: You won't be able to diagnose with it anymore until you renew the license. With Modular there is no separate software license: The first year is included with the software activation (293100) in and this update license continues that from the second year onwards. If you INFO Plus add it, then you do so for as many modular licenses as your equipment has.\n

Applications and Features
Jaltest Modular Truck is the modular truck diagnostic solution. This update license keeps that module active; what you can do with it depends on the Truck Select brands, the vehicle, and the cable you use.
What the Modular Truck module covers
- Modular platform: The Modular Truck platform, where you activate a Truck Select license per brand.
- Truck Select brands: Including DAF, Iveco, MAN, Mercedes-Benz, Renault, Scania and Volvo, plus other brands from the Truck Select list.
- Minimum purchase: Jaltest requires a minimum of two Truck Select brands for Modular Truck.
- Navigation by system manufacturer: The Manufacturer module (29469) adds this search method.
- Outside this license: The modular variants for Bus (293300), Trailer (293500) and LCV (293600).
What you can do
- System scan: Display all control units present and identify where faults are located.
- Read and clear fault codes: Read the fault memory per control unit, with fault descriptions.
- Measurement values and live data: Request sensor values and monitor them in real-time while the engine is running or driving.
- Component actuation: Activate actuators individually to pinpoint whether a fault lies with the component itself or in the wiring leading to it.
- Parameters and calibrations: Write settings and perform the calibration procedures that Jaltest offers per system.
- Service resets: Reset service and maintenance intervals.
What you'll need
This update license is the renewal within a fixed chain. The complete setup is outlined below.
- Jaltest Link: The diagnostic interface. Required, and also needed to launch the software on your PC.
- Software activation (293100): Purchased once, remains valid; the first year is included.
- Truck Select licenses by brand: Minimum two brands, each with its own annual renewal.
- Update license (29051100): This product. Twelve months' renewal, from year two onwards.
- Diagnostic cables: The truck cable sets (29362 and 70002024), or individual cables per brand. Cables are not included.
Optionally expand with Modular INFO Plus (70605043) for wiring diagrams and guided repair procedures; purchase one for each modular license your equipment holds. With the Manufacturer Module (29469) you navigate by system manufacturer. If you also service buses, trailers or light commercial vehicles, there are Modular Bus (293300), Trailer (293500) and LCV (293600). These modules are purchased separately.
