\nThe Jaltest 29051 is the update license for Jaltest CV, the diagnostic module for commercial vehicles. With this you extend your current license by twelve months, for those who have the CV module already in use has. We link the renewal to the serial number of your Jaltest Link and activate it within one business day after your order.\n
\nWith the renewal, you keep twelve months access to the new software versions, with the vehicles, systems and features that are added that year. If you don't renew, then keeps diagnostics working on the latest installed version: You won't lose your equipment, but you'll get no new vehicle coverage more. If you don't yet have the module, you'll start with the software activation (29303) and the software license for the first year (71502018); this update license continues that from the second year onwards.\n

Applications and Features
Jaltest CV is the commercial vehicle module. This update license keeps that module active; what you can do with it depends on the vehicle and cable you're using.
What the CV module covers
- Trucks and tractors: Engine management, braking systems, transmission, body electronics and exhaust aftertreatment of common European and Asian brands.
- Trailers and semi-trailers: EBS and ABS systems from manufacturers including Wabco, Knorr-Bremse and Haldex.
- Buses: Drivetrain, door and body systems and air suspension.
- Light commercial vehicles: The van segments that Jaltest includes within CV.
- Refrigeration units: Transport refrigeration systems, such as Thermo King and Carrier.
What you can do
- System scan: Display all control units present and identify any fault codes.
- Read and clear fault codes: Access the fault memory for each control unit, complete with fault descriptions.
- Live data and measured values: Request sensor readings and monitor them in real time while the vehicle is running or driving.
- Component control: Activate actuators selectively to determine whether a fault lies with the component itself or in the wiring leading to it.
- Parameters and calibrations: Write settings and perform the calibration procedures that Jaltest offers for each system.
- Service resets: Reset service and maintenance intervals.
- Expert mode: Manually select a control unit when automatic selection doesn't work.

This update license is the renewal within a fixed package. Here's the complete breakdown.
- Jaltest Link: The diagnostic interface. Required, and also needed to launch the software on a PC.
- Software activation (29303): Purchased once, remains valid indefinitely.
- Software license first year (71502018): The annual license for year one.
- Update license (29051): This product. Twelve months of renewal, from year two onwards.
- Diagnostic cables: Per manufacturer or system, individual or as cable sets.
Optionally expand with INFO Plus (70605005) for wiring diagrams and guided repair procedures, with OEM RMI for factory documentation for DAF, Iveco or Scania, and with ADAS, Knorr-Bremse Diagnostics or SGW unlock. These modules are purchased separately.
