The Jaltest 29806 is the annual subscription to Jaltest ATS, Cojali's Advanced Technical Support service for workshops performing diagnostics on material handling equipment. ATS is a support service, not software: you get a full year of access to Cojali's technicians via a weekday hotline from 8:00 to 17:00 (GMT+1). We process your registration within one business day following your order, based on your Jaltest Link serial number.
ATS addresses a different need than a license: not coverage, but the fault you can't resolve on your own. You submit your question and receive technical documents by email, such as schematics and diagrams, complete with guidance on how to interpret them. You'll also get support with identifying, locating and interpreting faults on electrical, electronic and pneumatic systems, plus online assistance and online version presentations. You'll need a Jaltest device with an active diagnostic license to use it; the working language is English.

What you'll need
ATS is a supplement to your diagnostics, not a replacement. Here's the complete breakdown.
- Jaltest device with an active license: The Jaltest Link with an active Jaltest diagnostic license for material handling equipment. Without that license, support has no foundation.
- ATS subscription (29806): This product. One year of access to Cojali's technical support.
- Serial number of your Jaltest Link: We process your registration using that number within one business day.
- English: The working language for the hotline, documentation, and online support.
- Renewal: The service automatically renews after one year unless you cancel in writing.
If you support more than one equipment category, there's a broader subscription: ATS for AGV, MHE, Multi-Purpose and Marine (70809004). For commercial vehicles and off-highway machines, that's ATS for CV/OHW or multiple modules (70808004), and for driver assistance systems ATS for ADAS (29805).
