The Jaltest (29806) is an ATS Support license for the MHE (Material Handling Equipment) software segment. This English-language license has a duration of 1 year and provides access to Jaltest Advanced Technical Support. This service is aimed at providing advanced technical assistance to optimize repair times in the workshop.
An active license grants access to all the features described below. The ATS Support service is automatically renewed annually and requires a minimum commitment of 12 months. Termination of the service must be made in writing at least 30 days before the license expiration date. After ordering, the software license will be activated within 24–48 hours on the specified serial number of the reader device.
Applications and features:
The Jaltest MHE ATS Support license includes the following support services:
- Technical support via hotline: Direct contact with technicians via a hotline, available Monday through Friday from 08:00 to 18:00 (GMT+1).
- Access to technical information: Online access to the technical database via the Jaltest website.
- Technical documentation: Receipt of technical documents such as wiring diagrams and charts by email.
- Document interpretation: Technical explanation for interpreting the provided documentation.
- Support with malfunctions: Assistance in searching for, locating, and interpreting faults in the vehicle.
- Diagnostic support: Assistance with electrical, electronic, and pneumatic faults in all electronically controlled systems.
- Online support: Possibility of online Advanced Technical Support sessions.
- Software presentations: Online presentations of new software versions and updates.

Serial number information:
For activation of the license, the serial number of your Jaltest reader device is required. This number consists of 9 characters and must be entered in the comments field during the ordering process. The serial number can be found in the following locations:
- Device: On the back of the Jaltest V9 reader device.
- Settings menu: In the settings menu of the Jaltest software.
- Packaging box: On the original packaging box of the device.
How it works:
To use the Advanced Technical Support, follow the steps below:
- Contact technical support via the hotline or the online portal.
- Provide the serial number of your reader device and the specific vehicle information.
- Describe the technical fault or question as detailed as possible.
- A Jaltest technician will process the request and provide support, for example by sending documentation or giving step-by-step instructions to resolve the fault.

To ensure that you always have access to the latest updates and software for your Jaltest device, it is important that you register the correct distributor.
Only the registered distributor can perform new software and updates. When you appoint us as your distributor, we can take care of this for you and guarantee that your device remains up-to-date without any issues.
