The Jaltest 75001001 is the software activation for Jaltest MHE, the diagnostic module for material handling equipment and forklifts. It's a one-time purchase: The activation unlocks the MHE software on your Jaltest device and remains valid thereafter, with no expiration date. We link the activation to the serial number of your Jaltest Link and activate it within one business day of your order.
With this activation alone, you cannot yet diagnose. Jaltest requires three components: The Jaltest Link, the software activation, and the software license for the first year (75001009). From the second year onwards, you'll continue with the annual update license (75101001). This activation is therefore the foundation on which your yearly licenses are built; you purchase it once and never again.

Applications and Features
Jaltest MHE is the module for material handling equipment and lift trucks. This activation unlocks that module; what you can do with it depends on the equipment and cable you're using.
What the MHE module covers
- Forklifts: Linde, Jungheinrich, Still, Hyster, Yale, Toyota and Crown.
- Boom lifts and telehandlers: JLG, Haulotte, Genie and Manitou.
- Engines: Motor controllers from Deutz and Kubota.
- Electric drivetrain: Motor controllers from Zapi and Curtis.
What you can do
- System scan: View all control units present and identify any fault codes.
- Read and clear fault codes: Access the fault memory for each control unit, complete with fault descriptions.
- Measurement values and live data: Request sensor readings and monitor them in real time while equipment is running or in operation.
- Component control: Activate actuators selectively to determine whether a fault lies with the component itself or in the wiring connected to it.
- Parameters and calibrations: Save settings and perform the calibration procedures that Jaltest offers for each system, for example after replacing a component.
- Service resets: Reset service and maintenance intervals.
- Expert mode: Manually select a control unit when automatic selection doesn't work.
What you'll need
Jaltest requires three components to enable diagnostics. This activation is one of them; the complete setup is listed below.
- Jaltest Link: The diagnostic interface. Required, also to launch the software on a PC.
- Software activation (75001001): This product. One-time purchase, remains valid indefinitely.
- Software license first year (75001009): The annual license you'll use for actual diagnostics.
- Update license (75101001): From the second year onwards, for continued access and new software versions.
- Diagnostic cables: The cable set for forklifts (70002022) or the set for boom lifts and telehandlers (70002028), or individual cables per brand.
Cables are not included. Which set you need depends on the equipment in your workshop: the forklift set (70002022) for warehouse trucks, the boom lift and telehandler set (70002028) for aerial work platforms.
