Serial Number Information
For software activation, the correct serial number of your device is required. This number, usually consisting of 12 characters, must be entered in the designated remarks field during ordering. You can find the serial number in one of the following places:
- Back of the tablet: The serial number is often printed on a sticker on the casing.
- Settings menu: Navigate within the device’s software to the settings or information screen to read the serial number digitally.
- Original packaging: The number is usually also found on the box in which the device was delivered.
