How does it work in practice?
Activating the software extension is a simple and largely automated process:
- Place the order and enter the serial number of your Autel MaxiSys Ultra in the remarks field of the shopping cart.
- After receiving your order, the license will be digitally activated for you by us.
- The processing usually takes place automatically within 24 hours on working days.
- Once the license is activated, connect your diagnostic tool to a stable wifi network.
- Navigate to the 'Update' menu on the device to download and install the available software updates.
Serial number information
For successful activation, the correct serial number of your device is required. This number, consisting of 12 characters, must be entered during the ordering process in the designated remarks field. You can find the serial number in one of the following locations:
- Device: On the sticker on the back of the MaxiSys Ultra tablet.
- Settings menu: In the system menu under 'Settings' and then 'About' or 'Info'.
- Packaging box: On the original packaging of the diagnostic tool.
