Serial number information
For correct processing, it is essential that you provide the correct serial number of your diagnostic device. This number, which usually consists of 12 characters, can be found in the following locations:
- Back of the device: The serial number is often printed on a sticker on the back of the casing.
- Settings menu: Navigate in the device software to 'Settings' > 'About' where the serial number is displayed.
- Original packaging box: The serial number is also printed on a label on the outside of the original box.
