Activating your software extension is a simple process. Follow the steps below to renew your license:
- Place order: Add the update license to your shopping cart and enter the serial number of your Topdon Phoenix Elite in the remarks field during checkout.
- Receive code: You will receive the digital renewal code within 24 hours after your order via WhatsApp or email.
- Activate on the device: On your diagnostic device, go to the update menu or software store.
- Enter code: Enter the received code to immediately extend your subscription period and download the latest updates.
Serial number information
For license activation, the serial number of your diagnostic device is required. This number consists of 12 characters and must be correctly provided in the remarks field when ordering. You can find the serial number in the following locations:
- Back of the device: The number is often listed on a sticker on the tablet’s casing.
- Settings menu: Navigate in the main menu to ‘Settings’ and then to ‘Info’ or ‘About this device’ to view the serial number.
- Original packaging: The serial number can also be read on the box in which the device was originally delivered.
