Topdon BT300P | Battery Tester

The Topdon BT300P is a battery tester developed for analyzing the condition of 12V and 24V lead-acid batteries. This model can measure the actual Cold Cranking Amps (CCA) of a battery and assess the overall health status. The tester is suitable for a wide range of vehicles, including cars, motorcycles, trucks, and boats. The measurement range includes batteries from 100 to 2000 CCA.

A distinctive feature of the BT300P is the built-in thermal printer, which allows test results to be printed directly. This is practical for documenting maintenance and sharing reports with customers. The tester is equipped with reverse polarity protection, which prevents damage to the battery or device in case of incorrect connection. Operation is via a clearly readable screen and an intuitive interface, available in multiple languages.

Application and functionality:

The Topdon BT300P offers various test modes for a complete analysis of a vehicle's battery system.

• Battery test: Analyzes the status of the battery, including the State of Health (SOH) and State of Charge (SOC), and displays the internal resistance and the measured CCA value.
• Start test (Cranking Test): Checks the starting system by measuring the minimum starting voltage and time during engine start. This helps identify starting problems.
• Charging test: Evaluates the operation of the vehicle's charging system, including the alternator. The test measures voltage under different loads (no load, load, and ripple test) to check if the battery is being charged correctly.
• Integrated printer: Enables direct printing of test reports. The report contains all important measured values from the performed tests.
