During this period, technicians can download new protocols and features as soon as they're released by the manufacturer.

The license comes as an update card with activation code consisting of 12 characters. Users log into the ArtiDiag Pro software and manually enter the code via the update or license menu. Once entered, updates become available on the device and can be downloaded through the standard update function. When the license period expires, previously installed software continues to work normally, but access to new updates and features is blocked. Renewal is required to keep receiving new vehicle coverage and functionality.

Serial Number Information

Back of the housing: The serial number is displayed on the sticker on the back of the ArtiDiag Pro.
System information menu: You can find the serial number in the information or settings menu of the software on the device.
