The Jaltest JDC123A is the cable that the brand-specific 4-pin diagnostic connector from the Bendix trailer ABS to the standard 16-pin OBD2-connection for your Jaltest diagnostic cable. The 4-pin connector attaches to the Bendix control module on the chassis. Bendix implements its trailer ABS system using two communication methods: via CAN and via PLC over the power line — this is the CAN version.
Once the connection is established, the Jaltest software reaches the Bendix control units on the trailer: The trailer-ABS (from TABS A-18 and TABS MC-30 to TABS-6, TABS-8 and iTABS X SC), the road train module TRM and the tire pressure monitoring. Coverage remains limited to reading: fault codes, measurement values, and ECU data, and for TABS-6 and Trailer-Link TPMS/TPMS 2.0 Next GEN also maintenance information. The cable falls under Jaltest CV (commercial vehicles).

Compatible vehicles and applications
The control unit determines compatibility, not the trailer manufacturer. This cable is designed for Bendix trailer ABS with CAN communication and the 4-pin connector; check which connector is fitted to your control unit on-site.
