Serial number information:
For the activation of the license, the serial number of your Jaltest reader device is required. This serial number consists of 9 characters and must be entered in the comments field during the ordering process. You can find the serial number in the following locations:
- Device: The serial number is indicated on the back of the Jaltest V9 Link interface.
- Settings menu: In the Jaltest software, the serial number can be found via the settings menu.
- Packaging box: The serial number can also be found on the original packaging box of the reader device.

- Have the serial number of your reader device and the vehicle data at hand.

- A Jaltest specialist provides direct support or delivers the necessary technical documentation, such as wiring diagrams, by email.
To ensure that you always have access to the latest updates and software for your Jaltest device, it is important that you register the correct distributor.
Only the registered distributor can perform new software and updates. When you appoint us as your distributor, we can take care of this for you and guarantee that your device remains up-to-date without any issues.
