The Jaltest (71502018) | CV (Commercial Vehicles) software license is an annual license required to keep the Jaltest CV software up to date and provide access to the latest features. This license is applied after the software activation of the module has been completed and gives the user access to diagnostic and maintenance functions for commercial vehicles.

With the included 1 year (12 months) software license, the user has software updates, current vehicle coverage, new features, and technical support. After expiration, the software remains usable with the existing version, but access to new updates and online features expires. The license activation occurs automatically within 24 to 48 hours after ordering.

Applications and functionalities:

With a valid Jaltest CV license, the user has extensive diagnostic and maintenance capabilities for trucks, buses, and trailers.

Read and clear fault codes: read and clear DTCs in engines, transmissions, ABS/EBS, and other systems.
Live data and parameters: real-time reading of vehicle sensors and ECU data.
Actuator tests: perform tests to check functions and components.
Maintenance resets and calibrations: perform service resets, regenerations, and calibrations of electronic systems.
Technical information: access to electrical diagrams, maintenance manuals, and repair instructions.

License information:

For the activation of the Jaltest CV software license, the serial number (SN) of the Jaltest Link V9 interface is required. This number must be provided in the comments field when ordering.

Jaltest Link (interface): sticker with “SN:” on the back or underside of the unit.
Jaltest software: via Configuration → Hardware/Link → Information.
Packaging box: sticker with serial number on the original product packaging.
