The IScan Ducati update licence extends your right to software updates for one year. The IScan is not a single device but a range, with each variant limited to one brand or one segment. This licence belongs to the IScan Ducati and maintains coverage for that specific device. What you receive are new model years, extended service functions and corrections to existing software.
The licence is tied to the Serial number of your IScan Ducati, not to an account or a code. We activate it within one business day on your device's Serial number. When the term expires, your IScan Ducati continues to work on the last installed version, but no new software will be added.

How does it work in practice?
From order to updated device takes four steps. Allow for some download time if you have not updated for a year.
- Serial number: We need the Serial number of your IScan Ducati to tie the licence to it; you can find it on the sticker on the back of the device and in the settings menu.
