The Jaltest 78500002 is the update license for the Iveco SGW unlock per device, allowing you to continue accessing the secured control units of the Iveco Daily. This renewal runs through December 31st of the current year and can be purchased between November 1st and December 15th, for those already using the unlock. We link the renewal to the serial number of your Jaltest Link and activate it within one business day after your order.
With the renewal, you maintain access to new software versions for the Security Gateway, including the model years and procedures added that year. If you don't renew, the module will be blocked: If you miss the December 15th deadline, you'll need to purchase the unlock as a new activation instead, and you'll need both: Per company (70607002) and per device (70607003). For Iveco, these two are always required together, and you must have a Jaltest device with an active license in place.

Applications and Features
The Iveco SGW unlock provides access to the systems behind the Security Gateway of the Iveco Daily. This update license keeps the unlock active per device; what you do with it afterwards depends on the vehicle and the cable you use.
What the module covers
- Iveco Daily with Security Gateway: Access to control units protected behind the SGW.
- One Jaltest Link: The renewal applies to the serial number we assign it to and is not transferable to another interface.
- Connection: Via the JDC407A adapter cable on the ST15 connector of the Iveco Daily.
- Company level: In addition to this per-device renewal, you need the per-company renewal (78500001); request both together.

- Read and clear fault codes: Also on control units protected behind the Security Gateway.
- Control components: Bidirectional tests on sensors, actuators, and modules.
- Measured values and live data: Request sensor values and monitor them in real time.
- Parameters and calibrations: Write settings and perform calibration procedures after repair.
- Maintenance resets: Reset service and maintenance intervals.
What you'll need
For Iveco, both SGW activations are required. This renewal is linked to the per-device activation; the complete setup is detailed below.
- Jaltest Link with an active license: The diagnostic interface with a valid Jaltest license installed.
- Software activation per device (70607003): The activation this renewal is based on.
- Software activation per company (70607002): The second required activation, per company.
- Update license per device (78500002): This product. Available for order between November 1 and December 15.
- Update license per company (78500001): The corresponding renewal for the per-company activation.
- JDC407A extension cable: For the ST15 connector on the Iveco Daily. Not included.
Like the activations, the two renewals go together: You order 78500002 and 78500001 together. Other Jaltest modules are separate and purchased independently.
