The Launch X-431 V+ SmartLink HD is a diagnostic tablet for commercial vehicles. You can carry out diagnostics on trucks, buses, construction and agricultural machinery, trailers and ships, on 12 V and 24 V. You read and clear fault codes, view live data, perform actuator tests and carry out service functions, such as DPF regeneration, injector coding and adjusting the speed limiter.
It is a 10.1-inch tablet (1280 x 800) with Android 10, a quad-core processor (2.0 GHz), 4 GB RAM, 64 GB storage and a 6300 mAh battery. The connection to the vehicle is made via the SmartLink C 2.0 (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or Ethernet), with a J2534 driver. Remote diagnostics are also possible via SmartLink. When purchased via AsTools, you receive 2 years of software updates.

- Restore: Use tests and service functions and clear the codes.

Engine and exhaust gas
- DPF regeneration: Start a regeneration of the diesel particulate filter.
- Injector coding: Enter the code of new injectors into the ECU.
- Cylinder deactivation: Graphically deactivate cylinders for testing.
- Compression test: Compare the compression per cylinder.
- Idle speed: Adjust the idle speed.
- Fan: Calibrate the cooling fan.
- Remote accelerator: Control the engine speed during maintenance.
- AdBlue (SCR): Dosing and system tests of the SCR system.
- AdBlue dosing: Graphically monitor the dosing quantity.
- NOx sensor: Reset the NOx sensor after replacement.
- Aftertreatment: Manage and test SCR and DPF.
