The Julie Volvo SCL 3 from CarLabImmo replaces the signal of the original steering column lock (Steering Column Lock, SCL) on Volvo vehicles. If the steering column lock is faulty, the emulator takes over the signal so the car can start again.

According to CarLabImmo, it works on the Volvo S90, V90, XC60 II and XC90 II only if the steering column lock communicates via CAN. The special plugs are supplied and the external 24C02 EEPROM is programmable. Intended for professionals only.
