De Julie PRO V123 van CarLabImmo is de universele Julie-emulator. Volgens CarLabImmo bevat hij alle emulatoroplossingen van CarLabImmo en werkt hij met duizenden CAN- en K-Line-ECU's van 42 merken.
Naast het vervangen van het immobilizersignaal vervangt hij ook het signaal van het elektronische stuurslot (ESL/ELV). Programma en waarden staan in het ingebouwde 24C02-EEPROM. De emulator is uitsluitend bedoeld voor vakmensen.
