The Jaltest JDC310A is the diagnostic cable for the ECAS air suspension system on Solbus buses; it connects the 16-pin connector of that system to the 16-pin OBD2 port of your Jaltest diagnostic device. The system connection is located on the bus wiring, typically in the cab or in a control box, not at the vehicle's OBD port; this is why this system requires its own dedicated cable.
Once the connection is established, the Jaltest software accesses the air suspension system that controls the bus ride height and level regulation. This gives your diagnostic equipment access to BUS ECAS and Wabco ECAS CAN 2, the CAN version of the same system. With Solbus coverage, Jaltest is limited to reading data; with Wabco ECAS CAN 2, Jaltest also offers parameter and calibration functions in the Wabco coverage group. The cable falls under Jaltest CV (commercial vehicles).
