The Jaltest JDC624A is an Adapter Cable designed to connect a diagnostic interface with the Engine Control Unit (ECU) of specific Tohatsu motorboats. The cable features a vehicle-specific 18-pin Kokusan Denki ECU connector on one end and a standardized 16-pin OBD2 connector on the other end, which is compatible with the Jaltest Link interface.
This cable enables a direct communication link with the engine management system. This allows technicians to perform various diagnostic functions via the Jaltest Marine software, such as reading fault codes, viewing live data from sensors and actuators, and analyzing other system parameters.
