The Jaltest OBD215 adapter is a adapter cable that establishes a connection between a vehicle with a 12-pin GM OBD1 port and a scan tool with a standard 16-pin OBD2 connector. This adapter is designed to enable communication with the electronic systems of older General Motors Delivery vans and light commercial vehicles that are not yet equipped with the standardized OBD2 port.
With the Adapter, a technician can perform diagnostic functions such as reading and clearing fault codes and viewing system information.
