The Jaltest MDC07 is an Adapter Cable developed for diagnosing specific brake systems in commercial vehicles. The cable connects the Knorr-Bremse/Wabco 4-pin EBS connection of the modulator with a standard 16-pin OBD2 port of a diagnostic device. This enables direct communication with the brake system control unit.
This diagnostic cable is specifically designed for use with the Jaltest ETM (Electronic Test Module) and other compatible diagnostic interfaces. It allows technicians to perform component-specific tests, such as checking operation, reading fault codes, and viewing live data from the brake modulators. The cable is suitable for the 1st and 2nd generation Wabco modulators and the 2nd generation Knorr-Bremse trailer control modulators.
