The Jaltest JDC103A is an Adapter Cable that establishes a connection between the Jaltest Link diagnostic interface and the 7-pins ISO 7638 diagnostic connector of trailers. The cable features a 7-pins connector for the vehicle on one end and a 16-pins connector that connects to the diagnostic equipment on the other end. This product is specifically developed for performing diagnosis on electronic braking systems (EBS) from manufacturers such as Wabco and Knorr-Bremse.
This diagnostic cable enables direct communication with the electronic control unit (ECU) of the trailer's braking system. This allows technicians to perform diagnostic functions such as reading and clearing fault codes, analyzing live data from sensors and actuators, and performing specific system calibrations and configurations for the ABS/EBS system.
