The Jaltest (29069) ATS Support is a license that provides access for a duration of 1 year to the English-language Advanced Technical Support. This service is aimed at optimizing repair times in the workshop by offering direct support from technical specialists for complex diagnostic issues related to commercial vehicles (CV).
This license enables users of the Jaltest reader device to call for help in locating and interpreting faults, including electrical, electronic, and pneumatic problems. Without an active ATS Support license, there is no access to these direct support channels. After ordering, the activation of the license is usually processed within a period of 24 to 48 hours.

The Jaltest ATS Support license includes the following functionalities:
- Technical support via hotline: Direct contact with technical specialists via a telephone hotline, available on working days.
- Access to online technical information: Access to the technical database via the Jaltest website.
- Technical documentation on request: Receipt of specific documents such as wiring diagrams and charts by email.

Serial number information:
For the activation of the ATS Support license, the serial number of your Jaltest reader device is required. You must enter this serial number in the comments field during the ordering process. The serial number can be found in the following locations:
- Device: The serial number (9 characters) is on the back of the Jaltest reader device.
- Settings menu: The serial number can be found in the settings menu of the Jaltest software.
- Packaging box: The serial number is listed on the original packaging box of the device.
