The Jaltest (70809004) is an ATS (Advanced Technical Support) license for AGV (Agricultural Vehicle) and MHE (Material Handling Equipment). This license has a duration of 1 year and provides access to advanced English-language technical support for performing repairs and diagnostics. The functionality is aimed at optimizing repair times through direct access to technical expertise and documentation.
An active license grants access to all support services, including the hotline and online resources. Without active ATS Support, it is not possible to request technical support from Jaltest. After ordering, the license is activated within 24–48 hours. This service has an annual duration and is automatically renewed unless it is canceled in writing at least thirty days before the expiration date. The minimum subscription period is 12 months.

The ATS Support license offers various forms of technical support.
- Advanced technical support via hotline: Direct contact with specialists for technical questions, available Monday through Friday from 08:00 to 18:00 (GMT+1).
- Access to technical information: Online access to the technical database via the Jaltest website.
- Technical documents by email: Requesting specific documents such as wiring diagrams and charts.
- Interpretation of documents: Explanation for interpreting technical documentation.
- Support for troubleshooting: Assistance in locating and interpreting faults and error codes.
- Support for system-specific faults: Assistance with electrical, electronic, and pneumatic faults in all electronically controlled systems.
- Online support: Direct online technical support for complex issues.
- Presentations of new versions: Online presentations about new software improvements and functionalities.

Serial number information:
For the activation of the license, the serial number of your Jaltest reader device is required. This serial number consists of 9 characters and must be entered in the comments field during the ordering process. You can find the serial number in the following locations:
- Device: On the back of the reader device.
- Settings menu: In the software under the settings menu.
- Packaging box: On a sticker on the outside of the original packaging.
How it works:
To use the ATS Support, follow the steps below.
- Contact the technical support department via the hotline or by email with a description of the problem.
- Have the serial number of your reader device and specific vehicle information at hand.
- A Jaltest specialist provides technical support for the diagnostic functions and the repair process.
- If necessary, relevant technical documents, such as wiring diagrams, will be sent by email.
To ensure that you always have access to the latest updates and software for your Jaltest device, it is important that you register the correct distributor.
Only the registered distributor can perform new software and updates. When you appoint us as your distributor, we can take care of this for you and guarantee that your device remains up-to-date without any issues.
