The Jaltest OHW update license (29760) is an extension for the software used with a diagnostic tool. This license provides access for a period of 1 year to the latest software updates, including expansions in vehicle coverage and new functionalities for Off-Highway vehicles.

After ordering, the license is automatically activated within 24–48 hours on the specified serial number. An active license grants access to all diagnostic functions and the most recent technical information. When a license has expired, the basic functionality of the diagnostic tool remains available, but no further updates are provided for new vehicle models or software improvements.

For the activation of the license, the serial number of your Jaltest diagnostic tool is required. This number consists of 9 characters and must be entered in the comments field during the ordering process. You can find the serial number in the following locations:

Device: On the sticker on the back of the Jaltest Link V9 interface.
Settings menu: In the Jaltest software via the 'Settings' menu under system information.
Packaging box: On the original packaging of the device.
