Jaltest (74001001) | OHW (Off-Highway) | Software upgrade

The Jaltest (74001001) | OHW (Off-Highway) software upgrade makes it possible to expand an existing Jaltest Link V9 interface with the OHW module. This upgrade is one-time and links the module permanently to the interface. After activation, the OHW module remains visible in the software and is not transferable to another interface. The upgrade itself does not directly provide usage options but forms the basis to add the OHW module to an existing Jaltest configuration.

To keep the software operational and actually use it, a valid software license is required. This license provides access to software updates, the most current vehicle coverage, additional functions, and technical support. Without a valid license, the OHW module remains visible in the software but cannot be used for diagnostic or maintenance functions. License activation usually takes 24 to 48 hours and occurs automatically after ordering.

Applications and functionalities:

With the Jaltest OHW module, combined with a valid license, the user has extensive diagnostic and maintenance functions for off-highway vehicles such as construction machines, excavators, loaders, and other heavy machinery.

• Read and clear fault codes: reading and deleting DTCs in engines, hydraulic systems, and transmissions.
• Live data and parameters: real-time reading and analysis of data such as fuel consumption, engine speed, and hydraulic pressure.
• Actuator tests: performing system and component tests to check the operation of parts.
• Maintenance resets and calibrations: resetting maintenance intervals and performing calibrations such as transmission adjustments, fuel systems, and sensors.
• Technical information: access to diagrams, technical documentation, and repair manuals specific to off-highway vehicles.

License information:

For activation of the Jaltest OHW software module, the serial number (SN) of the Jaltest Link V9 interface is necessary. This number must be provided in the comments field when ordering.

• Packaging box: sticker with serial number on the original product packaging.
