The Jaltest software license with article number 293100 activates the modular software for Trucks. This license combines the initial activation with a subscription for software improvements and updates for a period of 1 year. After this period, an extension of the license is necessary to maintain access to the full functionality and receive new updates.

After ordering, the license is automatically activated within 24–48 hours on the specified serial number. An active software license provides access to all diagnostic functions, technical information, and the most recent vehicle models supported by the Jaltest software. Without a valid license, it is not possible to use the reader device, as the system is blocked after the subscription period expires.

Note: After the first license period expires, an annual update license is mandatory to continue using the software.

Serial number information:

For the activation of the software license, the serial number of your Jaltest reader device is required. This number consists of 9 characters and must be entered in the comments field during the ordering process. You can find the serial number in the following locations:

Device: The serial number is listed on the sticker on the back of the reader device.
Settings menu: The number is also visible in the information menu of the Jaltest software.
Packaging box: The serial number is also on the original packaging of the device.
