De Topdon ArtiDiag HD is een uitleesapparaat voor zware bedrijfsvoertuigen: vrachtwagens, bussen en machines. Topdon noemt meer dan 60 merken. U doet diagnose van alle systemen, zoals motor, transmissie, stuurinrichting, SCR en DPF, en u heeft 10 servicefuncties.
Het is een 5-inch toestel (854 x 480) met Android 6.0, een quad-core processor van 1,6 GHz, 2 GB werkgeheugen en 64 GB opslag. Met AutoVIN herkent het de auto en met PIN-detectie controleert u vooraf de diagnosestekker. Bij aanschaf via AsTools krijgt u 2 jaar software-updates en hulp op afstand via TeamViewer.

Toepassingen en functionaliteiten
De ArtiDiag HD is bedoeld voor truckwerkplaatsen, wagenparkbeheerders en mobiele monteurs. Hieronder staat wat het toestel kan.
Diagnosefuncties
- AutoVIN: Het voertuig herkennen aan het VIN.
- Versie-informatie: Chassis-ID, serienummer en productiedatum van de ECU.
- Foutcodes: Lezen met oorzaak, reparatietip en freeze frame.
- Codes wissen: Alle, standaard of zelf gekozen codes.
- Live data: Als waarde of grafiek, met opnemen en vergelijken.
- HD OBD: Heavy Duty en Off-Highway, plus OBD2.
Software
- PIN-detectie: Ontbrekende of beschadigde pinnen opsporen.
- Rapporten: Delen via e-mail of Bluetooth, of printen.
- Updates via WiFi: Software direct op het toestel bijwerken.
- Geheugenkaart: Opslag uitbreiden met een TF-kaart tot 128 GB.
Zo gebruikt u hem
- Registreren: Registreer het toestel en werk het via WiFi bij.
- Aansluiten: Verbind de diagnosekabel met de stekker van het voertuig.
- Pinnen controleren: Gebruik PIN-detectie als er geen verbinding is.
- Voertuig kiezen: Laat AutoVIN het voertuig herkennen of kies het merk.
- Herstellen: Lees de codes, bekijk live data en gebruik de servicefuncties.
Service en onderhoudsfuncties
De ArtiDiag HD heeft 10 servicefuncties. Welke functie bij welk voertuig werkt, verschilt per merk, model en bouwjaar.
Motor en aandrijflijn
- Olie reset: Het onderhoudsinterval terugzetten na een beurt.
- Injectorcodering: De code van nieuwe injectoren in de ECU zetten.
- Koppeling: De koppeling inleren bij geautomatiseerde bakken.
- Cilinder-uitschakeltest: Per cilinder de bijdrage van de motor testen.
- Stationair toerental: Het stationair toerental instellen.
Uitlaat en emissie
- DPF: Een geforceerde regeneratie starten.
- SCR: Het SCR-systeem resetten na reparatie.
- AdBlue (Urea Drive): Het doseersysteem testen en controleren.
Remmen en algemeen
- Remblokken: De slijtage-indicator resetten na vervanging.
- Snelheidsbegrenzer: De ingestelde maximumsnelheid aanpassen.
