The Autel MaxiVCI Mini is a compact vehicle communication interface (VCI) that plugs into the OBD2 port of the car. It forms the link between the vehicle's control units and your Autel diagnostic tablet, wirelessly via Bluetooth or by cable via Mini-USB.

With a range of approximately 10 metres, you can move freely around the vehicle, including during a test drive. The VCI draws its power from the OBD2 port (12 to 24 V), weighs just 33 grams, and two LEDs indicate power and connection. It is the standard VCI for the MaxiCOM MK808BT Pro, the MaxiSys MS906S and the MaxiTPMS TS608, among others, and is ideal as a replacement or spare unit.

ADVANTAGES

✔Wireless or wired — Bluetooth or Mini-USB.
✔Small and lightweight — 33 grams, barely protrudes.
✔12 and 24 V — Also for vans.
✔Clear LEDs — Power and connection at a glance.

POINTS TO NOTE

✕Only with an Autel tablet — Does not work independently.
✕No CAN FD or DoIP — The V200 or V150 is required for newer architectures.
✕Pair first — Via VCI Manager on the tablet.
✕Check your device — Not every Autel tablet uses the Mini.

Applications and functionality

The MaxiVCI Mini is intended for users of an 808-series Autel tablet who need a replacement or additional VCI.

Functions

  4. Start diagnostics: Start the diagnostics on the tablet.
  5. Finish: End the session and remove the VCI from the port.

Good to know: Check in the VCI Manager menu of your tablet which VCI is paired. Pair a new VCI there and unpair the old one, so the tablet does not search for the wrong one.
