Activating your license is a simple and fully digital process. Follow the steps below to equip your device with the latest software.
- Place the order for the software extension.
- During checkout, enter the 12-digit serial number of your Autel diagnostic device in the remarks field.
- After receiving the order and serial number, the update license will be automatically activated remotely within 24 hours.
- Once the license is active, you can immediately download the new software via the update menu on your device. Make sure the device is connected to a stable wifi network.
Serial number information
For license activation, the correct serial number of your device is required. This number consists of 12 characters and must be entered in the designated remarks field during ordering. You can find the serial number in one of the following locations:
- Device: On the sticker on the back of the housing.
- Settings menu: Via the main menu under 'Settings' > 'About' or 'Info'.
- Packaging box: On the original box in which the diagnostic device was delivered.
