The Jaltest Marine Complete (74502001) is the software activation of Jaltest diagnostics for inboard engines, outboard engines, jet skis and stationary engines. You purchase the module once; AsTools locks it to the serial number of your Jaltest Link, after which it appears in the start menu of Jaltest Diagnostics.

The software runs on a Windows PC and reads the control units via the Jaltest Link; without that interface it will not start. In addition to fault codes and measured values, you get actuations, calibrations and expert mode. For new software versions, add the update licence (74602001).

POINTS TO NOTE

✕The first year is not included. If you want the module with the first year included, choose the software licence (74502013).
✕For new software versions you need the update licence (74602001); if you do not renew, the module will be blocked.
✕The Jaltest Link is mandatory. Without that interface, the software will not start on the PC.
✕Provide the serial number of your Jaltest Link in the comments field; without that number AsTools cannot activate the module.

This activation unlocks the Marine Complete module in Jaltest Diagnostics. What you do with it depends on the engine and the connection you use. If you do not have the matching adapter cable, connect using the multi-pin set from your Jaltest case.

How to use it

  1. Ordering: Add the module to your basket.
  2. Providing the serial number: State the serial number of your Jaltest Link in the comments field when ordering; this is required.
  3. We activate: We link the module to that serial number, usually within one working day of your order.
  4. Confirmation by email: You will hear from us once the module is linked to your serial number.
  5. Software update: Start Jaltest Diagnostics and retrieve the module; after that it appears in the start menu.

What counts is the coverage of Jaltest Marine, not the type of vessel. Marine Complete works on inboard engines, outboard engines, jet skis and stationary engines. Which systems are available per engine differs by model and year of manufacture.

  • Software upgrade (74502006): Adds Marine to Jaltest software from another segment.

  • Registration: Every half year and after a new software version.

Good to know: If your licence expires, the module will be blocked until you purchase the update licence (74602001). If you renew within fifteen days after the expiry date, the new period continues from that expiry date; after that, it starts on the day of renewal.
