The Jaltest 74502006 is the software upgrade to Marine Full, the complete Marine package. This upgrade is for those who already have Jaltest software for another segment – truck, agricultural, construction – and wish to add complete Marine coverage for inboard engines, outboard engines, jet skis and stationary engines.
The upgrade sits alongside your existing Jaltest software and does not replace it: you keep your serial number and your installation, and Marine appears as an additional segment in the start menu. From the second year onwards, you extend Marine with the update licence (74602001), separately from the segments you already have.

Applications and functionality
Marine Full is the Jaltest diagnostic solution for inboard engines, outboard engines, jet skis and stationary engines. This upgrade opens that segment alongside the segments you already use. What you do with it subsequently depends on the engine and the connection you use.
What you can do with it
- Systems and fault codes: The software recognises the control units present and reads out the fault codes, with their descriptions.
- Live measurements: Engine speed, pressure, temperature and other parameters whilst the engine is running.
- Actuation: Direct actuation of components to verify they respond.
- Calibrations and settings: The calibrations and parameter settings that Jaltest offers per system.
- Symptom-based fault finding: Guided search paths that start from the complaint rather than the fault code.
- Technical information: Releases, procedures and manual diagnostics for the systems you access.
- Expert mode: Select a control unit manually when automatic selection is not suitable.

Four editions
Marine Full is available in four versions with identical coverage. The difference lies in what you purchase – a one-time licence, the first year of use included, a renewal, or an upgrade to software you already own – not in what you can do with it.

What you need
To diagnose with Marine Full, you will need more than this product. The complete setup is outlined below.
- Jaltest Link: The diagnostic interface. Required, even to start the software on a PC.
- The module itself (74502006): This product. It adds Marine to Jaltest software you already use for another segment.
- Adapter cables (optional): Marine vessel cable set (70002008), Marine inboard engine cable set (70002009), Marine outboard engine cable set (70002010), Marine jet ski cable set (29985) and Marine stationary engine cable set (70002006). If you don't have them, connect using the multipin set supplied with your Jaltest case.

How does it work in practice?
From order to extended software takes four steps. Your installation remains in place; the serial number is the only thing you need to find yourself.
- Provide the serial number: When ordering, specify the serial number of the Jaltest Link where your current Jaltest software is installed.
- We perform the upgrade: We apply the upgrade to that serial number, typically within one working day of your order.
- Email confirmation: We'll notify you as soon as Marine has been added to your software package.
- Update your software: Launch Jaltest Diagnostics and retrieve the upgrade; Marine Full will appear alongside your existing segments in the start menu.
