This service is aimed at optimizing repair times in the workshop by providing direct support for complex technical issues related to Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS).
With an active license, users can contact technical specialists directly for help with diagnosis and repair. This includes support in interpreting fault codes, analyzing wiring diagrams, and performing calibrations. The service is automatically renewed and requires a minimum purchase of 12 months. After ordering, the license is usually activated within a period of 24 to 48 hours on the specified serial number of the diagnostic tool.

Serial number information:
For the activation of the license, the serial number of your Jaltest diagnostic tool is required. This serial number consists of 9 characters and must be entered in the comments field when completing the order. You can find the serial number in the following locations:
- Device: On the back of the Jaltest V9 diagnostic tool.
- Settings menu: In the Jaltest software under the 'Settings' menu.
- Packaging box: On the original packaging of the device.
