The VT01540 is a crankshaft seal removal and installation tool specially designed for professional replacement of the crankshaft seal on various VAG vehicles (Audi, VW, Seat, Skoda). Essential for correctly removing and installing the oil seal during maintenance of VAG diesel and petrol engines.
This tool enables you to replace the crankshaft seal without damaging surrounding components such as the flywheel or crankshaft. Particularly suited for engines with integrated sensor ring in the seal — where the flywheel and crankshaft seal form one unit with the engine speed sensor.
