This AdBlue emulator is specifically developed for Volvo Construction Equipment (CE) machines with Euro 6 engines. The device disables the entire AdBlue and DPF system and prevents faults or power loss caused by NOx sensors, pressure sensors, or AdBlue level errors. The solution is ideal for testing purposes or for machines operating under harsh working conditions.
After installation, the entire SCR system is simulated. This stops the consumption of AdBlue fluid and eliminates error messages from the dashboard. The emulator suppresses faults from NOx sensors, temperature and pressure sensors, AdBlue level sensor, and DPF, maintaining the machine's performance and operability.
