- Place the order and enter the serial number of your Topdon device in the remarks field in the shopping cart.
- You will receive the digital renewal code within 24 hours via email or WhatsApp.
- Ensure your Topdon CarPal is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network.
- Navigate on the device to the update or renewal menu.
- Enter the received code to activate the license for an additional year and download the latest software.
Serial Number Information
For software activation, the serial number of your device is required. This unique number, usually consisting of 12 characters, is needed to link the correct license to your device. Be sure to include this number in the remarks field during the ordering process.
The serial number can be found in one of the following locations:
- Back of the device: On a sticker on the casing of the Topdon CarPal.
- Settings menu: In the software menu under 'Settings' or 'Info'.
- Original packaging: On the box in which the device was originally delivered.
