This system delivers a stabilized charging current up to 30A and is compatible with 6V, 12V, and 24V vehicle networks. The unit is designed to support a wide range of battery types, from traditional lead-acid batteries to modern lithium-ion systems. Thanks to its broad operating capacity, this charger can be used for passenger cars, light commercial vehicles, heavy trucks, and agricultural machinery with a battery capacity from 50Ah up to a maximum of 1000Ah.
During operation, the trickle charger uses an intelligent 9-stage charging cycle that continuously analyzes the battery condition and dynamically adjusts the charging process accordingly. An essential part of the system is the automatic voltage regulation via the integrated power supply mode, which is crucial for maintaining battery voltage during complex diagnostic or programming tasks. Furthermore, the charger is equipped with advanced battery protection, including reverse polarity, short circuit, and overheating protection, and the maintenance charging is automatically activated once the battery reaches full capacity to prevent self-discharge.
