Topdon BT600 Plus | Battery Tester

The Topdon BT600 Plus is a battery tester suitable for analyzing 6V, 12V, and 24V lead-acid batteries. This device features a 3.5-inch color screen for displaying measurement results and has a test range of 100 to 2000 CCA. The tester has an internal, rechargeable 5200 mAh battery, allowing it to operate without a direct power connection. Results can be printed directly with the built-in thermal printer.

In addition to standard battery tests, the BT600 Plus also performs a start and charging system test for 12V and 24V systems. The tester is equipped with features such as a ripple test and a resistance measurement. For testing large quantities of batteries, a sequential test mode is available, allowing up to 500 batteries to be processed in 10 groups. The tester can internally store up to 10 test reports and is protected against reverse polarity.

• Sequential test: Simplifies testing multiple batteries in batches, suitable for high-volume workshops.
• Resistance measurement: Measures the internal resistance of the battery to determine its condition.
