Topdon BT50 | Battery Tester

The Topdon BT50 is a battery tester designed for analyzing the condition of 12V lead-acid batteries. The device can test batteries with a capacity between 100 and 2000 CCA (Cold Cranking Amps). The tester measures various parameters, including the state of health (SoH), the state of charge (SoC), internal resistance, nominal voltage, and the CCA value. The results are displayed on a compact screen, allowing for a quick assessment of the battery status.

In addition to the standard battery test, the BT50 also offers functionality to check the starting and charging system of a vehicle. The starting test analyzes the starting voltage and time to assess the condition of the starting system. The charging test checks the alternator's performance under different loads to determine the proper operation of the charging system. The device is equipped with reverse polarity protection, preventing damage to the tester or battery in case of incorrect connection.
