The Topdon ArtiLink AL600 is a universal, wired Diagnostic Tool developed for both the DIY enthusiast and the semi-professional user. The device is primarily focused on diagnosing the two main safety systems in vehicles: the ABS (anti-lock braking system) and the SRS (airbag system). Additionally, the AL600 features full OBD2 functionality, effectively detecting and resolving engine and emission-related faults.

Equipped with a 3.5-inch color screen and practical shortcut keys for, among other things, fault code analysis and I/M status check, the AL600 offers a user-friendly experience. The device supports a wide selection of vehicle brands for ABS and SRS diagnosis and also performs the three most common maintenance functions. Thanks to lifetime free software updates, the device remains up-to-date and compatible with new vehicles and features.

Diagnostic functions:

• ABS & SRS system diagnosis: reads and clears fault codes, displays live data, and performs active tests on the ABS and SRS systems for 42 car brands. This helps quickly locate malfunctions in the brake and airbag systems.
• full OBD2 functions: supports all 10 test modes of OBD2, including reading and clearing engine faults, viewing freeze frame data, I/M readiness (emission test), and O2 sensor tests.

Maintenance and service functions:

The AL600 supports three essential maintenance functions for efficient and proper vehicle maintenance:

• Oil service reset: resets the maintenance interval after an oil change or periodic service (supported for 53 car brands).
• Steering angle sensor (SAS) reset: calibrates the steering angle sensor after alignment or steering repairs (supported for 41 car brands).
• Battery registration (BMS) reset: registers a new battery in the battery management system to ensure correct charging parameters (supported for 22 car brands).

The AL600 features various additional functions that speed up and facilitate the diagnostic process:

• Active tests (bi-directional control): enables control of individual components of ABS or SRS systems (such as sensors, valves, or solenoids) to verify their operation.
